Hi, I'm Emma. Having started my admin career in a construction company as an Office Junior at age 16, I now have over 35 years’ experience in the admin sector. I have worked in a wide variety of industries in Senior Admin, PA and Office Manager roles, looking after business owners and Directors in small to medium sized businesses.
I started Universal PA Services in 2015 and provide my clients with an efficient and flexible PA service, with retained and ad-hoc clients alike coming back to me time and time again over the last 5 years.

I am Jayne Rabone and along with my husband Graham, we own and run Home Farm House - a luxury B&B in Wimborne St Giles in the heart of rural Dorset. Prior to this I was a self employed Business Consultant, mainly to the Not for Profit sector; where I helped small (and some large) charities become more streamlined and focused whilst raising their profiles through fundraising events and activities, from coffee mornings and mass participation events to gala evenings and everything in between! On moving to Dorset in 2013 I worked at Lush HQ in Poole helping to set up their events team before embarking on our lifestyle change. People are at the heart of any business/organisation and I specialise in putting together the best team with complimentary skills to see projects through.
All of my skills, have been honed over the last 25 years and have stood me in good stead for running, maintaining and growing our 'Home Farm House' brand - seeing our business grow from a standing position to an award winning hospitality offering.
